Two New Bailey, Salford
Langley Design were delighted to work with Bowmer & Kirkland on this £113 million Two New Bailey Square project. This building is a mixed-use development which comprises of large open floor plates of up to 17,933 sq. ft and private outdoor terraces across 10 floors, which are built to the highest sustainability credentials with a ‘Grade A Excellent’ BREEAM rating. We manufactured and installed our popular Sheldon picnic tables with matching benches to the rooftop terrace. These were manufactured using class 4 treated redwood timber with a dark oak stain and galvanised metal frames. This simple yet stylish design offers the perfect solution for working, dining, and socialising and allows the residents to enjoy the outstanding views across the city.
