Totteridge Academy, London
Langley Design worked with Logan construction and ADP Architecture on this £1.3 million refurbishment project of Totteridge Academy. The refurbishment was to the existing school buildings, with additional works to science labs, external landscaping and remodelling of the existing access/egress routes. We provided a range of street furniture products on this project including a large timber canopy, plinth mounted benches, concrete cubes and cycle hoops. The canopy provides a sheltered area for dining, socialising and learning with the clear non-fragile roofing allowing the light through but providing protection from the elements. The concrete cubes not only provide additional outdoor seating but are also a great feature in the new garden area.
