WHAT WE DID

A more attractive view

We provided our Sheldon SCS313 fully enclosed cycle shelter, after reviewing a couple of cycle racks arrangements with the architect Maber, that offered both secure storage for bicycles but also furnished the site an additional storage space. Manufactured in a Treated Class 4 Redwood, with galvanised steel leg columns, our attractive and visually appealing unit was topped with our standard sedum roofing system and further supported the biodiversity goals for the wider project.

By offering a more attractive view from the office space above, the sedum roof is edged with a washed pebble border and is a popular choice for projects where units are located in over-seen areas, where reducing rainwater surface run-off or increased sound insulation is required, and to support BREEAM requirements.

THE RESULT

Enclosed with our standard vertical single-side timber cladding, Langley also offer a variety of other cladding styles to help co-ordinate our products with other aspects of your scheme.

Located in the centre of the Cotswolds, and offering both supply only and suppled & installed options, we work throughout the UK providing our products to a wide variety of customers and sectors of the built environment. Our experienced and knowledgeable team are always happy to help and advise on any current or future projects that have a street furniture element.
