Our BSI accredited ISO 45001:2018 certification includes SSIP, demonstrating our compliance with the SSIP Core Criteria. The Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Limited forum is an umbrella organisation which facilitates and maximises mutual or cross-recognition of Health & Safety assessments between SSIP Member Schemes. CHAS provide compliance checks across various areas of Risk Management and Health & Safety as one of the founder members of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). Our CHAS accreditation gives you confidence that managing risk and safety within our business is of paramount importance to us. At Langley Design we are dedicated to ensuring all our employees and customers are able to work in safe and controlled environments.

As contractors come under increasing pressure to ensure their supply chain is meeting with all Health & Safety, compliance and regulatory requirements, we maintain a membership of the Builder’s Profile scheme to aid speedy verification of PQQ criteria.

Langley Design are a member of Timber Development UK (TDUK), giving us access to technical information and ensuring we are up to date with all the latest developments. As a member of TDUK, and as a responsible company, where possible we source our Hardwood timber from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and our Softwood timber from PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) registered suppliers.

All the members of our site team are CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card holders, which means you can be confident of their understanding of Health & Safety issues when working on site. Our supervisors have completed a CITB accredited SSSTS course ensuring they can effectly lead our installation team in a safe and professional manner to deliver your projects to the highest standards.

Langley Design are signed up to the Prompt Payment Code, administered by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, which sets standards for payment practices for SMEs. Membership is voluntary and we are proud to support this code of practice. It provides industry best practice guidelines for members to adhere to on payment and terms which supports the economic health throughout the supply chain.
