THE BRIEF
Timber canopy and benches
Lambeth Resource Centre is a new state of the art community centre in South London which provides a range of services for adults with learning disabilities including supported living accommodation, therapy & community spaces, a safe outdoor area and a café & shop units.
Langley Design worked with Farrans on this £9.5million project to manufacture and install our striking Sheldon SPG332 timber canopy and benches to the courtyard area providing covered seating facilities to residents and users.

WHAT WE DID
A pop of colour
The client opted for our cost effective Class 4 Treated Redwood canopy timbers with a dark oak stain and the canopy was topped by a vibrant Sea Grass Green Non-Fragile coloured roof. Without compromising on light, the roof also has the benefit of adding a pop of colour to the outdoor spaces.

THE RESULT
Premium materials
Our stylish Langley LBN111 benches were manufactured in Hardwood Iroko with a galvanised and powder-coated finish, offering both protection and colour to the steel elements.
This combination of premium materials tied our Street Furniture elements into the new building and the newly landscaped areas beautifully.
