The Sheldon Bench SBN304 has a horizontal slatted timber top and plinth mounted framework is popular with customers due to its easy installation method with no foundations necessary, the timber top is secured to the granite plinth which provides support and weight to keep the product in place. The bench can therefore be placed directly onto a level engineered surface after any complicated paving or ground finishes have been completed. We recommend our plinth mounted products are resin bonded to the finished surface for extra security and to prevent relocation following installation, ensuring the bench tops remain correctly affixed to the plinth below. The SBN304 is 1800mm as standard but a single unit can be made to measure either smaller (minimum 600mm) or larger (up to 4200mm) with additional plinths added to support the longer units.
