THE BRIEF
Support to local residents
Langley Design worked with Willmott Dixon on the £11million Harvest View Social Care & Health Centre in the West Midlands. The new facility will provide much-needed support to local residents and offers on-site specialist support from health and social care staff.
We were approached to provide the projects street furniture requirements including external seating, planters & a bespoke pergola.
WHAT WE DID
Formal seating facilities
We manufactured and installed a number of our Sheldon SST300 Seats made with Treated Class 4 Redwood & galvanised steel legs to provide formal seating facilities for both residents and visitors. We also provided our Sheldon SPL316 Planter with integral benching, offering additional casual seating to the schemes beautifully landscaped external spaces.
THE RESULT
Bespoke manufacturing capabilites
Finally our bespoke manufacturing capabilities enabled us to produce a striking feature pergola sitting prominently in the new courtyard area. The addition of tensile wires to the pergola top allows climbing plants to grow around the structure, adding a touch of colour to the area whilst also offering some shading during the summer months.
