The Archbishop Lanfranc Academy, Croydon

The Archbishop Lanfranc Academy is a coeducational secondary school located in the Thornton Heath area of Croydon, South London. Working with Galliford Try, Langley Design provided a range of bespoke benches and picnic tables of different styles around the site to compliment the school’s surroundings. We managed to create a gabion style product by combining the timber we used on the plinth mounted benches. Our bespoke capabilities allow us to present solution such as this without compromising on design or quality. As well as the cycle parking for the students and teachers, we also created a shaded area by manufacturing and installing our 2 bespoke tensile canopies which can be used for both teaching and social activities.
