Ronald McDonald House, Oxford
The new Ronald McDonald House is within the grounds of the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. We were given the opportunity to create a range of bespoke furniture for Willmott Dixon on this £12.2million project which gives families the chance to stay close to their children whilst they are in hospital.
We love bringing new ideas to life and when Willmott Dixon awarded us the package, our workshop team were delighted to be given the opportunity to make some new products. All of Langley Design’s manufacturing is done in house so we were perfectly equipped to achieve the clients outcome. We manufactured, delivered and installed bespoke tree podiums, a chunky sleeper bench, a bespoke picnic table that provides seating as opposed to benching alongside a sleeper style planter at various shapes and angles. Langley Design also assisted by project managing the other items in this package which included sourcing additional items which were needed, items such as play equipment, timber poles, bespoke painted sheds and boulders. Langley
then co-ordinated the deliveries and installation of these items to offer a one stop shop for all requirements.
