Project One Campus (Kings High School), Warwick

Langley Design were delighted to be chosen by Speller Metcalfe to provide a range of seating for the Project One campus. The project vision was to create a cohesive education campus where students get the benefits of same-sex education whilst still having opportunities to collaborate outside the classroom. Delivered over two phases, the scheme brought together all of the foundation schools – Warwick School, Warwick Prep and Kings High For Girls onto one unique co-education campus. The project won the RIBA West Midlands Award for 2021.

Langley Design offered timber and granite seating alongside precast concrete benches. The combination of 3 different materials worked beautifully in the stunning courtyard areas. Cycle hoops were also manufactured alongside the bench products to give Speller a one stop shop solution and provided the pupils with secure cycle parking.
