Prime Place, Sevenoaks
The transformation of this dingy 1960’s office block into desirable apartments was assisted by the installation of very high specification split level courtyard gardens. The upper garden was designed as a sociable area to help provide a sense of community with bespoke hardwood benching curving around a central water feature, whilst the enclosed lower courtyard garden provides a quiet, contemplative space which includes another bespoke hardwood bench manufactured to fit perfectly to the sites detailed spiral scheme.
