Langley Design worked with Durkan on regeneration of Lisgar Terrace. Lisgar Terrace in Hammersmith and Fulham is an inter-war development that Southern Housing Group built in 1928 to provide homes for those who needed it the most. Last refurbished in 1970, the scheme was in dire need of attention. By regenerating Lisgar Terrace, affordable and quality homes are available in an attractive and safe living environment for residents and improving the quality of life for existing occupants.

Langley Design’s bespoke manufacturing capabilities enabled us to design and create bespoke galvanised steel and timber seats with armrests integral to the frame to give a sleek and modern feel. Treated Redwood timber was used as a sustainable and durable solution so the residents can enjoy the courtyard spaces where these seats were placed for many years to come.
