Langley Design worked with J Tyler & Sons Ltd at Forum One offices in Theale, Reading. We manufactured and installed a timber combination unit which provides both cycle parking facilities and bin storage. The front of the unit is a fully enclosed cycle shelter with semi-vertical cycle racks which were chosen to maximise cycle storage. The rear of the unit is an open top bin store to keep the outside spaces tidy whilst concealing their bins. The unit was manufactured with larch hit & miss cladding and an R32 metal roof. The larch was chosen as the lighter colour fits in well with the new buildings and due to its natural durability. The client was so pleased with our products that they ordered another bin store for the project a few months later.
