Langley Design and Pioneer Design & Build worked together on this new 235,000 sq. ft industrial park. Located close to the M1 motorway and utilising a strategic position between London and Birmingham, Elm Farm is a perfectly located operations point for businesses featuring high-quality logistics space.

We were tasked with manufacturing, supplying, and installing the cycle parking required on this site. 102 bike spaces were required for the new facility, so we employed our bespoke design and manufacture capabilities to tweak our standard cycle store sizes to accommodate the client’s needs. Our Malford MCS200 Cycle Shelters, fabricated for the site-specific constraints, allowed our units to fit perfectly within the external spaces. Available in both a galvanised finish or galvanised & powder coated, our range of steel bike storage solutions can be tailored to a projects colour scheme and provides uniformity across the site. Finished with our popular MCR200 Sheffield Cycle Stand, also powder coated to match, providing secure and plentiful storage space and completing the sleek and professional final aesthetic.
