Langley Design worked with Vistry Homes on their new Archfield development in Warfield, Bracknell. Archfield is a new exclusive development of just 52 homes with a mix of 4 & 5 bed properties aimed at families looking for modern living. We were approached by Vistry to produce a new bin store for the site to hide the unsightly resident’s bins. In new housing developments, bin store structures are now a key addition and successful design brings benefits both in terms of reducing visual impacts but also of improving convenience for the people living in new homes. We manufactured and installed our Sheldon bin store made from C24 structural grade treated redwood timber and has lockable front gates for added security. The addition of a pergola-style roof hides the unattractive contents from the resident’s view while keeping the cost down and improving the aesthetics of the finished product.
